Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your BBQ or accessory in its original crate or box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the item off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized grills and outdoor kitchens.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
